What is an assessment?

A fitness assessment is a vital initial step in your fitness journey, designed to tailor a personalized workout plan to meet your specific goals. During this one-on-one session with Joseph Dowling, a Certified Personal Trainer, you will engage in a thorough discussion to understand your fitness background, goals, and commitment level. Joseph will ask standard Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) questions to ensure your safety and gather essential health information. The assessment includes taking various measurements and conducting an in-body scan to establish a baseline of your physical condition. The primary goal is to create a customized workout plan that aligns with your objectives, whether it's building muscle mass, leaning out, toning, or achieving other fitness milestones. This tailored approach ensures you receive the most effective guidance and support to achieve the results you desire.
